Eccitazione sessuale
Gentili dottori
in caso di "forte eccitazione sessuale masochistica" (prendete per buona) è possibile che venga inibito il controllo perfetto della deglutizione/respirazione e che una piccola piccola quantità di cibo vada di traverso provocando questo?
Leggera tosse che, per accentuare l'eccitazione sessuale, viene impedita volontariamente ed in seguito alla mancata espulsione della particella, questa ultima scende nell'albero respiratorio facendo cessare la tosse essendo passata?
Sostanzialmente mi interesserebbe sapere se può essere passata una particella piccola di cibo senza che adesso mi dia disturbi, avendo passato il punto critico e potendomi magari creare problemi in futuro.
Per esempio è vero che malati di demenza o Parkinson ecc inalano cibo senza accorgersene praticamente e in alcuni casi sviluppano polmonite?
Il tassello che mi manca per completare il puzzle è sapere se ciò accade accorgendosene o no.
Il mio stato di coscienza poteva essere un po' alterato per la situazione e perché io stesso cercavo di sottomettere i miei istinti tranne quelli sessuali

Ciò che descrive non è possibile.
Eventualmente è più probabile che abbia qualche patologia psichiatrica che attualmente non è in trattamento.

Però come mai nel sonno una donna ha aspirato un elemento odontoiatrico che le è finito nei polmoni, non si è accorta è stata curata per anni per polmoniti poi credevano fosse cancro e infine hanno asportato la causa vera. Non avrebbe dovuto accorgersene? Non è una storia inventata me aha fatta vedere scritta mio cugino che fa odontoiatria e gliel'ha girata su un gruppo un prof (che suggeriva l'importanza della diga)

Kochi: An aspirated tooth that was stuck in the lung of a woman for three years was removed by a team of doctors at a city hospital. The tooth resembled a tumour in the lung during endoscopy. The 63 year old woman from Kasaragod who complained of cough fever loss of appetite and weight was treated for pneumonia initially for almost two years on the basis of sputum and biopsy reports.
Later on she underwent endoscopy which showed a polypoidal growth in the right lung resembling a tumour. The treating doctors also suspected the tumour to be malignant. In three years the patient spent around Rs 5 lakh but her condition only worsened.
For further evaluation the patient then came to AIMS. At AIMS the patient underwent a rigid bronchoscope procedure and the growth involving her lung was removed and the doctors noticed the impacted tooth below the growth.
The patient was not aware of the aspirated tooth. It was molar tooth and she didn't even know that it was missing. Though her dental hygiene was poor she said that she had never gone to dental surgeon in the past three years. We suspect that this could have happened in sleep SAID INTERVENTIONAL PNEUMOLOGIST (AIMS) Dr Tinku Joseph who performed the procedure.
The tooth was then successfully removed. This was the source for her recurrent pneumonia in the initial years and later on multiple growths resembling tumour started forming around the impacted tooth.
Pneumologist who evaluated the patient initially at AIMS said that aspiration of foreign bodies is more commonly seen in children and in adults such instances happen during sleep. Such incident is also suspected in al individual who suffers from recurrent non resolving pneumonia
